⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the front brakes and rotors replaced on my Kia Sportage at Kaiser Auto, and the experience was excellent. I called last Friday and spoke with Ryan, and he got me into the shop immediately—no hesitation at all. The car was in and out in no time, and the work was done efficiently and professionally. Ryan was very friendly and helpful, as always. He’s truly an asset to the business with his positive attitude and customer service. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Scheduling was simple and repairs started and finished at scheduled times making it easy to schedule around work. The software is outstanding and helps outline all options for the owner letting them track, choose, and record how to tackle different aspects of the repair process. And I did I mention they’re nice and affordable too?

I was absolutely impressed with this place. Both gentlemen I worked with were friendly and professional! Very welcoming and meticulously clean and comfortable. Even had great variety of coffee to choose from while waiting and at the end of visit Paul explained in detail the best future maintenance to keep my car running perfectly.
