Left the lights on after a foggy drive to Ames. After calling several service shops, Jonathon sent Tristan (I think) to help. He got my van started and had me follow to the shop. They tested it and discovered the battery was finished. They put in a new battery and had me on my way in 45 minutes. A huge thank you To Dave’s Auto for being quick and knowledgeable and having the battery in stock! I really appreciate your help!

Great company! My truck wouldn’t start due to the cold temps and the batteries dying. Was able to get my truck into a warm shop and get the batteries charging and block heater plugged in.

Shout out to Dave's for taking great care of my daughter. She brought her car in for a possible battery/alternator issue and were able to quickly rule them out, provide a suggestion and send her on her way with a working car.
