Dave’s Auto is really a gem to be used when you are in need of quick and reasonable service. Terrific Mechanic who will do whatever he can to get a vehicle back on the road without wasting a customer’s time. PLUS you get to play with the company pet while you wait! We cannot overstate our pleasure about this operation.

I made apt. To have my car looked at and possibly repaired at the time of making the apt. I was never informed of any fee just to look at it. So he tells me it's going to be 5 grand to repair so I decided not to have it done and then there is suddenly a 95$ change for him looking at it before I can get my car back. I have no problem with the charge but that fact it was not stated up front I find as bad practice. Any changes should be clearly outlined at the begining not at the end as a surprise. When I asked him about it he said we'll if you would have done the repairs there wouldn't of been the charge. The whole thing left a sour taste in my mouth.

Dave knows cars! A lot of mechanics can "talk a good game". But if you are looking for a knowledgeable mechanic,who keeps a clean shop and actually cares about his customers,Dave is your guy! His wife,Wendy,is a gem! She greets you when you arrive,and is always smiling! In a time when people seem to be all about $, it is very refreshing to encounter people that genuinely care about giving their customers a good experience when they come to their shop to have work done. They make a great team!

Started taking my vehicles here a couple of months ago as I was looking for a fair, dependable garage and mechanic. Dave's is proving to be EXCELLENT in all ways. Very polite on the phone and the work is top-notch and price very reasonable.

My truck started rattling about 5miles away from Dave’s, called and he got me in...quickly he inspected and had it repaired in no time! It was brake caliper coming off... He saved me!! Honest person, honest mechanic, quality professional... he should be named the treasure of Warren PA!
