Patterson called me back and they were out to my house in about half hour. I was without water in the house. They even went to my neighbors and asked if they can hook up my water to the neighbors house so that I can have running water for the time being. There was a huge problem and Patterson fixed it with the help of austin utilities! They are out to go PLUMBERS from now on. THANKYOU

Whoever works for them is far more worried about blowing stop signs and almost causing accidents then anything else

Had someone come twice to snake my drain, after being upset about paying a second time I called and talked to the owner he said he would be right out. He came and charged me again!! Payed 3 times. Guess what still have the issue! Completely awful service!! Overcharged!!
