Told us the correct location and said he would meet us at the Fort Walton location. The experience from start to finish was amazing. Ricky let us test drive the Telluride. I fell in love. He then asled what my preference for a down payment and monthly payments was.. He sat down with the finance/ sales manager, Mark, and they got me a great deal! If you are looking for a new or used vehicle junior will take excellent care of you, he listened to my needs and budget and within less than a week I was driving off the lot. From the beginning of the transaction through the finance process mark helped me every step of the way. Beautiful and smooth experience with Junior! He welcomes us from the time we arrived, we weren’t even out of the vehicle yet. He was friendly, informative, and straight to the facts, which we greatly appreciated. He happily answered any questions we had, and if he didn’t know the answer; he didn’t rest until he found it. Paperwork was explained very extensively with the gentleman who handled the accounting. Loved our experience, and our beautiful truck! 😊
