After getting told by a Lexus dealership that I needed a new engine with estimated costs in the thousands, a friend recommended a second opinion. Thankful to have gotten that with Trib’s. Saved me thousands and reminded me that dealership service isn’t always best. Great work.

I was so impressed with their integrity! The dealership said that our Highlander needs new spark plugs. Tribs showed us that we have at least another 3000 miles before they are due changing. We asked Tribs to check our brakes. They said maybe next oil change the front brakes might be due. But we were due a tire rotation. We were expecting to pay over $1k for spark plugs oil change, front brakes and tire rotation at the dealership. We paid just over $100 for only what was actually needed at Tribs. They could have easily went with the dealership's recommendations, but instead they were honest with us. Highly recommend Tribs.

Loved the “old “ Tribs where I could purchase needed repair parts and provide them to the mechanic, mandatory full inspection which increased overall repair price due to extra time spent on my vehicle. I brought my vehicle in for a noise, emanating from underneath the car and got an estimate for “problems “ They discovered including full battery cleaning and lightbulb replacement! The estimate on the lightbulb replacement was $150! Customers have the right to decline these repairs, of course, but when I’m a mechanic is required to do a complete inspection on a vehicle, that means his valuable time is used, which means higher cost on repairs. You still love dealing with Lenny, a reliable, knowledgeable, hard-working, and fair mechanic trips was my mechanic for years, but I’m looking elsewhe

Todd, Melissa, and Duke were an amazing team to work with. My 2020 Tundra needed new brakes and rotors, they were very professional in providing feedback throughout the entire process. I plan on taking my 2001 Jeep Wrangler in for work now, especially after their great customer service, evaluation, and diagnosis of issues I had with my truck.
