My experience with Tow Logix was beyond upsetting and completely unprofessional. My loved one was taken away in cardiac arrest, and during this medical emergency their truck was towed. While we were dealing with a life-and-death situation and ultimately a death, Tow Logix made the process even more traumatic. When I called to ask what we needed to do to retrieve the vehicle, they told me we needed a power of attorney. I explained that the owner had just passed away, so that obviously isn’t possible. Instead of offering guidance or basic compassion, the gentleman on the phone sarcastically told me to “ask God for that answer.” That level of disrespect during a time of grief is unacceptable.
