I went to go get my truck serviced and I sat down in that Brown leather sofa in the lobby. We'll let's just say...throw the whole sofa away expeditiously!!!!! That Thang had me itching I was fine before I got there...soon as I sat down I started itching. Looked at my arm and it's swollen and my side. I'm having to keep putting water in my truck but the mechanic says nothing is wrong. When I'm beside the road I'm calling David's to come pick me up bc I've said something about it already....update now it's to the point where I cant drive the truck anymore. I've called numerous times but Noone seems to care but they make sure to call about that payment though. Now the traverse is leaking so bad I cant even drive out the driveway! Don’t buy there brought a car from them paid it off. So I decided to get another vehicle, didn’t have it but two months engine lights comes on, I called and ask for fix she told me 55$ an hour and they couldn’t find x until 6months everything went to falling apart.

For starters, each of the staff members at David's Auto of Douglas are nice, well-mannered, respectful, and overall excellent with their customer service. Ms. Josie was attentive and listened to what we needed in order to help us find a vehicle that we could both afford AND love. The manager also worked with us to make sure we found the best vehicle for our needs- even negotiating the down payment while keeping monthly payments in our budget. To be a used vehicle, I feel like we really got an excellent deal- low mileage, no performance or even cosmetic concerns. The ONLY issue with our vehicle was the radio not working and the manager immediately let us know he would get an appointment scheduled to fix it as soon as possible.
