I purchased a vehicle from David’s Auto Sales on December 28th, and this has been a very disappointing experience. I hadn’t even had the car 30 days when I had to take it back because there was a strong burning smell and smoke coming from under the hood. They told me it was the water pump and thermostat and assured me the coolant was causing the burning smell and that the issue was fixed. The very next day, the burning smell returned. I then took the vehicle to a professional mechanic for a second opinion and was informed that the car actually has two oil leaks — a valve cover gasket leak and an oil filter adapter leak — along with issues involving the thermostat housing. Brought a car from David's in Waycross upon purchasing the vehicle salesman check with Aaron Patton regarding battery being replaced if there was more issues after having to jump off vehicle to start. Aaron advised my salesman that my battery would be replaced. One day after purchasing this vehicle broke down on a Friday, went to a auto parts store and the battery was over 5 years old and of coarse a bad battery. The manager would never provide her name but she was so rude even to though I was so nice. I had to purchase a battery to get vehicle back started and called regarding reimbursement. The manager a female who refuse to tell her name is very nasty and has tge worse attitude like its my problem she has to work there. They would prefer you stay broke down unless you get the car back

do not buy a car from any of their locations take your money somewhere else they sell bad cars, I haven't even had my car for a whole month yet before the brakes went out on me while I was driving & after getting parts replaced for that, the motor went out when I called him and told him about the issues they told me that the car was my responsibility and I would have to pay out-of-pocket to get it fixed while still paying a car note The company altogether is one big scam. Please take your money anywhere else.

bought a car from them and within the first month. the check engine light came on 3 separate times because of both co2 sensors. the roaters needed to be replaced along with the the break pads. Also needed new wipers and the tires loose air insanely quick for no reason. there’s no leaks or anything. it’s been checked and nothing. Paid 600 down for the car. 200 every 2 weeks. but i’m putting more into fixing this car then i have into payments for it. they will not reimburse you for anything you pay to have fixed for it and customer service is incredibly rude. !!!!!!DO NOT GO HERE. PLEASE TRUST ME ON THIS. SAVE MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE BETTER. IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!

Terrible people absolutely! I was almost paid off and bc I was 1 payment late because I've been out of work due to taking care of my grandma and they left me and my 84 yr old grandma who's on a walker stranded. They didn't call or text me saying anything. The woman I talked to I asked about why they took it over 1 payment and cut me off and said well you cant get it back no matter what. Absolutely disgusting don't buy from here they need to be reported for there poor business!!
