By far the best towing company I have ever had experience with!! The lady who answered the phone reassured me every step of the way and was really sweet with me being very emotional because the situation I was in! The tow driver (he told me his name but I forgot), was so sweet and nice! He went out of his way to bring me to the hotel last night as well! He was very understanding and also tried to help me get my truck started but we both realized, the starter was completely gone! Thank you for the best service! If I ever get stuck here again, they will be the ones I will deal with only!! Thank you again for being sooo nice and making me feel comfortable!

Truck broke down. Managed to get to an exit ramp. Called a few towing companies. Decided to go with Davis Towing. Was told tow truck would arrive in an hour. Shane arrived in 40min. His pleasant and professional disposition lightened the stress of the situation. Shane did a phenomenal job transporting the equipment. I've got over 20 years in the business and didn't think I'd ever be as impressed as I was watching Shane back the tow truck with tractor and trailer attached, into the slot, on the FIRST attempt. Great job Shane! Thank you for your assistance today!

It's the worst company in the area. They waste my whole day at copart. The told me that the would be there at 12:30 Then they got there 2 hours later they had to pull the truck out. They would not do that or negotiate with me or my driver. They just took off. Don't even waste your time calling these guys.

I called for a towing and was told one price (higher price) but when the driver got here he gave me a reduced price and told me to call dispatch to pay with my debit card. When I told dispatch that his driver gave me a reduced price, he got really snappy and said “who did you call? (I responded “what you do you mean? Dispatch”) he said “exactly I don’t care what my driver said I told you the price. Absolutely terrible! If dispatch and the driver don’t agree on the price then I don’t want to do business with that company — I don’t know who’s being honest. The driver was nice before he drove off but the dispatcher was still fussing before I ended the call. I do not recommend.

We called Davis for a rate and availability. She was to call back with rate and never did. I called and told them we had someone else. They went and hooked to our truck and towed it to dealer. We will not use Davis Towing in the future.
