Customer Reviews
Went in for a flush and they had to bypass my hoses which was completely fine. I was told by one mechanic they plugged it off. 2 days later another said he didn't plug it is why it's dripping transmission fluid. I no longer can drive my vehicle because of the leak and because I wasn't told I needed to replace my radiator and my transmission. Soaked over 700$ for nothing.
I had a lot of work done on my car about a year ago, and then had an issue when visiting home. Luckily it was still under warranty, but I needed it fixed with a days notice. They fixed my care without hesitation, and unfortunately, they had to stay late to finish it in time for me to leave town. They are awesome! So helpful and willing! Definitely recommend this shop!
Jason and Melissa along with all the mechanics are wonderful. They will treat you like family. I have had work done on my diesel truck, Honda, and my classic car. They are fair in their pricing and tell you the truth no matter how bad it hurts. Highly recommend!
Took my car in when it shut off and wouldn’t turn over or crank at all, told them the scanner gave codes for fuel pump. Get it back and I’m told there didn’t appear to be an issue with the fuel pump, they started it right up and drove it and gave me an oil change and blah blah. 2 days later, same issue. This time they say it is a fuel pump and charge 700+$ for the repair, and after waiting 3 weeks to get it back, and then 2 hours of driving, it when I shut my engine off, the same problem occurred.
My AC was not working on driver’s side. They supposedly fixed and charged me $175. It worked until I shut off the engine. Went back the next day and was given an estimate of $1,800.00. I left and went to S&K which is NAPA and they repaired for under $350. Normally I never leave reviews but decided this one was necessary. Oh, and of course, my $175 was not refunded.
