My mom Mary Swafford had appt today. One of your workers told her after she got oil change that she needed new tires. That’s bullshit. My husband just got and had tires put on for her few months. He also just checked her tires and there is little to no wear. What is with you workers trying to scam women when they come in alone? Every time me or my mom come in alone to any mechanic place, your prices change or you trying selling something my husband knows I don’t need. I know this cause I have my husband call first and the price is completely different. My husband knows lot about vehicles pretty much anything and everything there is and can fix anything. Unfortunately the manager ignored my inquiries to my face today. He chose instead to walk away and give silent treatment. All the while wearing cargo shorts. In the winter. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable and abusive behavior meant to show disrespect to his clients. Add to this a 1hr service charge for a 15 minute fuel filter charged at 80usd on top of 89 for th e filter. Totaling 169usd for a simple fuel filter change. I won't be back. They lost my business. Avoid this place.

I had a bad experience. I've had my oil changed with them the past few times but this last time i had my oil changed i noticed oil leaking afterwards. i took it back twice and the second time they said my oil filter housing had cracked but they said they didn't touch anything near that. I talked to 2 mechanics and they both said that I had been lied to and this was their fault when changing my oil they had cracked it. This costed me $400 for a repair. It bothers me that these people lied to me because they didn't want to have to pay to repair my car.

Went there to get oil change and tires rotated. I was the only one there, they said they could change the oil but can not do the tire rotation because they had a 9am appointment. I was there at 9:15 am and again no one else with three open bays.i was there for not even 5 to 10 minutes. Would not recommend this place and won't go back. They didn't even check the filters and the cost was $70. Not good business

5 miles after the oil change the check engine light came on from the oil that sprayed all over the wire harness and sensors on my 6.0 powerstroke. 😭 Think the oil spray was the cause??? No brainer...
