For four years I’ve taken my family’s vehicles to this Auto Repair shop connected to Napa, recommended by family friends. I’ve had some bad experiences there, but they were always corrected by the workers, so I kept returning. Last Wednesday, I brought my car in because the ABS and brake lights were on. They spent 2 hours and told me they couldn’t find the problem. They said I wouldn’t be charged since no solution was found, but rescheduled me for yesterday when an “advanced technician” would be available. I asked Cara twice if I’d be charged $85 for that visit, and she said “yes” both times. I had to miss work both Wednesdays. Nothing but great things to say about Adam Green and S&K Auto Care. In town to visit family from Michigan. My Mercedes broke down on the side of the road. Got my GL550 to Adam expecting terrible news. S&K dialed the problem and ordered the parts right away. Got the car back the next day and was able to leave town on time. Great thanks to Adam and everyone there. They could have highjacked me and charged whatever they wanted. They were fair with me and it was much appreciated. An auto shop you can trust. Always do great work and super trustworthy people. If you need anything worked on, these guys can handle it. They have worked on just about every vehicle I have owned since moving to Rhea County. Definitely worth using if you need repairs.
