Really great experience! I just performed my first oil change on my new 2025 Rav4 at 4000 miles. I get my consumables from Toyota Parts Dept in Freehold. Andrew (the person working the counter Thurs at 8.30am) is really great, knows his parts, and really understands the vehicles that these parts belong to. I greatly appreciate the outstanding customer service. I am typically used to those "other generic car part places" and the people that work there are miserable and treat customers like crap. But DCH Toyota Parts dept of Freehold - you guys are really top notch, high-end, great customer service oriented people. My sincerest appreciation! And say hi to Frank S.
