Such an easy experience from making the appointment to being done within about an hour. The scanner is cool, and the way info is sent to phone and email is great as well. Anthoni Hebert made sure things went smoothly and was a great help! This dealership and the service department is great!

While having my oil changed and the engine air filter changed ,a complete inspection of my car was performed and they found that I had an oil leak coming from the valve cover. This was my first time working with Matt Morano, my service advisor. I sat at his desk as he explained the issue and he found out that this repair is covered by the extended warranty I purchased when bought out the lease. I was not sure that a gasket would be covered and he went through the warranty and told me that it was. I'm pleased how well this visit went and a date was scheduled to replace the gasket.

Went here today for oil change. I was sure I was going to need new brake pads with almost 70k on these original pads. They told me I am still good! That shows you DCH FREEHOLD TOYOTA is honest and does NOT try to sell you things you don't need. BEST DEALERSHIP AROUND! Totally honest people work here and what a fair price for my oil change as they honored a coupon. Thanks Jesus and Matt! LOVE the inspection videos and they pretty much have an MRI machine for your car when you pull up!

I was greeted by a Toyota representative and was directed to shut off the SUV, abd keave to farb. I was directed to proceed insude and sit down. Another Representative called me and explained what the first scheduled maintenance would entail. I sat inside received a video of what the technician did with the vehicle took about a 1hr from the time I arrived. I was very pleased with Toyota's first scheduled maintenance experience.
