Worst car wash in Pella let alone the state of Iowa. Me and my husband went here to wash the truck. First thing is the machine never told us to get in between lines nor pull your side mirrors in. The wash didn't even happen because all it did was get the truck wet with water . Couldn't even get a wash in at all. We had a hell of a time trying to find a phone number to call someone and when we did the gentleman on the phone claiming to be the manager was rude on the phone call was not polite no customer service skills. He then came up there with an attitude and when he got out of his truck acted like he was gonna do something to my husband when he asked for a refund. Not a great experience at all.

Every time I come here, my car is never fully clean. I do expect more out of a $17 car wash.

I was just at the car wash on 8/1 at 1:00 and spent $14 to get my car washed and All I got was water. No Soap, no wax, nothing but water. Just a little irritating to spend that money when I could have got the garden hose out at home if all I wanted was water!! Very disappointed!!

$7 wash does a decent job. Not sure I’d call it a “spotless” rinse. But got the bugs and dirt/dust off my car. No issues.

My husband and I were visiting family last weekend and stopped to get a quick car wash after traveling through snow to get there. We purchased the $9 car wash because we wanted the addition of the dry cycle. The wash worked just fine, but when the dryer started up, the garage did not open. The dryers turned off and left us stuck in the bay with a wet car. No phone numbers are listed online, but there was an "in case of emergency" number listed on the wall that we called. My husband was met with the voice of someone who seemed incredibly annoyed we were calling the number. He came out to open the bay and asked what the problem was. My husband kindly explained that the garage didn't open, our car didn't get dried, and asked if we'd be able to have the dry cycle run again. The employee/owner/
