Owner is very condescending over the phone who doest like to warranty his products. You have to fight tooth and nail with him. Tell him one thing and he understands something completely different. Just a sad old man.
Very knowledgeable, they have been in business many years. If they don't have it, they can have it next day. The very best parts store in the area.
My friend had a failed trailer wheel bearing on our way back from a camping trip. NAPA is usually our preferred auto parts store for service and selection. They didn't disappoint. The man behind the counter knew what bearings we needed and in about an hour from arriving, we had the bearings installed and on our way.
Went looking for parts and they didn't have as many as I needed. The guy was friendly, explained options and offered to order whatever I needed. He even attempted to call surrounding stores to get what I needed. We've always had Excellent service. Once I went for Windshield wipers and he helped me replace them.
