I have not purchased my car from them, but I have used there service department multiple times. There is 1 lady who I want to give a huge shout out to.. Annalie (I'm not very good with names) she has been such a wonderful person to work with. She kept me informed every step of the way of wat was going on with my vehicle. She asked if her mechanic can do a test drive to ensure my vehicle is up to standards before they release it to me. She explained everything to me in great detail and has been a great person to work with while my car was in there shop.. She has earned my trust to come back over and over again for everything I need for my jeep. I can tell by the way she works, she actually took great lengths to ensure my car stayed protected, secured, nd was treated with respect and care it

Going through Ark our Air Conditioner quite working. We stop at DeQueen Ford at 1645hrs told them our air quit. He service man said his Mechanics have gone home. One of the ladies asked 1 of the other guys to tell mechanic something out in the shop. So anyway, he come out to look at the vehicle and said that there was some kind of censor below the glove box, and it might quit working. He told my wife to kick the box below the glove box and maybe it'll start working, she said it might brake it. Then he suggested we stay in a motel and come back tomorrow. Then he said there's another mechanic across the street, another company that might be able to get to it. Cause he's there until 1900hr. I told him I was not going to somebody else because the truck is under warranty, because it was new. An

I was in town last week. I was able to set up a transmission service appointment for the past Monday with Pedro in service. I arrived a little early. I was able to get in on time and get the service finished half an hour early. I asked about a replacement part, and they were to get back with me after I left. Anahi called me later with the part info. She sent me estimate with a part payment link. I was able to pre order the part and they will hold onto it for me, for when I return home after the holidays and set up installation appointment. I was very happy and satisfied to get so much done in a small amount of time.

this today was the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership and buying a car. Extremely nice understanding laid-back people. Peyton Allen assisted us today with buying the truck and going through the process. And then Mac Moore assisted us with the financing. Both of them are outstanding and we really enjoyed it. I would recommend everybody to come here. And DeQueen is such a nice little town. Honestly I would be really happy to live there. Thank you guys so much for doing a great job!

I can’t say enough good things about this business and their entire team. I ordered a 2025 King Ranch Ford Expedition Max through them and it’s exactly what we wanted and more. They made the entire process a breeze and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They did all of the work and we basically just showed up and signed some papers. To say we were impressed is an understatement. They gained a customer for life!
