The tech was very thorough. They also have a system that sends the tech notes to your phone. In there, it also has photos taken by the shop, and if they want to perform a service, it will notify you and you'll have to click that you approve the services. My car was being intermittent but the owner drove it many times, then road with me for over an hour while we tried to find the issue. Seems like a great guy, who just wants to perform a service for the community. He wants to solve the problem and isn't interested in overcharging you. He will do things that will save you money in the future as well.

This guy's worked on my 2018 ram 2500 had all kinds of codes on it. My abs, no cruise control. Thank yall. Now I got no lights. Everything is working. Will be bring my car to get worked on.

Car broke down and had this shop inspect it. When they concluded the expense would be over my budget and I’d probably be better of taking it to the a dealership under warranty, they called and told me that I could come pick it up. The best thing: they didn’t charge anything. Honorable.
