I made an appointment on their website using their online appointment service for an after-work appointment on a Thursday. They sent me multiple reminder emails about this appointment. When I arrived for my 5:15 PM appointment, they said they couldn’t do the work because they close at 6 PM. Their website indicated that they had later appointments available well after 6 PM. They also couldn’t find my website information on their computer network, or at least they said they couldn’t find it. I work in Goldsboro, and they could’ve had a steady customer if they had done good service on my new vehicle. They have permanently lost that opportunity. Their customer service attitude, at least for my appointment, was grossly deficient. They could not have cared less about the inconvenience they cost
The team did a great job on my car. Highly recommend! I would give them 10 stars if I could!! Thanks for doing such a good job on my car.
