Had paint fixed on our jeep here and we will definitely go back for anything else we may need. Highly recommend Shawn at the body shop! He took great care of us and the jeep looks great!

Took my car to have the CUE screen replaced and picked it up on September 15th 2023 and noticed the leather trim around it was damaged. Service manager Josh assured me he would have this rectified in a timely manner. He said the part would take 6-8 weeks. Middle of December I call and leave a voice mail asking Josh about the part and he never got back to me. Left about 4-5 more voicemails over the next few weeks with no response. I pop in the week before Christmas and go to the parts department and they have no idea about any part ordered for me. I see Josh and I ask him about it and said that he never got my voicemails. He gives me his cell number and tells me he will get this handled. He says 4-6 weeks. I call his cell mid February and left voicemail, again no response from Josh

I want to give Mr. Brian Butler a REVIEW that gentleman is awesome and today isn’t the first day that I had interactions with him. I have a JEEP and my husband has a Dodge and we both get our SUV’s serviced at this location and also Garner. But we absolutely LOVE the customer service experience with both. But this review is for Mr Brian who works extremely hard at the Smithfield NC location. Just wanted people to know that if you have to get your car serviced I know that if Mr. Brian Butler is working he has the best customer service. 🤗

Ms Debra, service technician, was absolutely outstanding. Took the time to ensure I got what I needed and at the right price, I.e. new tires!

CUSTOMER BEWARE! Water hose leak and thermostat replacement in my 80 yr old mother 2019 Buick they quoted me $1,400 as though it was a good deal. Laughable at best. Too many good mechanics to waste my money there. I took my money and ran!
