Deacon Jones Hyundai Service and Parts Center

I remember when you make an appointment it actually means something. Scheduled an appointment for 10AM to get my car looked at. I have plans at 3 bout an hour away. Figured that’s enough time right? Well the appointment is mandatory for us, optional for them apparently. It’s nearly 2PM and my car has yet to be seen, hasn’t evenn moved an inch since me and my dad checked on it at 11:30AM. Im watching them take cars away that arrived after us. Wish there was a way to charge companies a fee for not keeping to the appointments they require us to set. Update: They’re sending me home as they need to order some parts for the car they didn’t look at, or inspect, to figure out what parts would be needed. Most blatant lie I have ever heard. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Double update: idk if they saw the

Had our car in due to tps computer needing replaced. Took two trips to them and a week without the car only to get it back with dirt all over the inside from the mechanics and pen stained into the console arm rest. Had to take it back to get the stain fixed and still have to try to get all the grime out of my leather and arm rests. I always thought the inside would be protected during these repairs. This is the 2nd issue we’ve had with them. Previous issue was the plug not being tightened and getting stranded on the highway with no oil in the car. These consistent issues have definitely lost them a family of customers.

I was in the area for Thanksgiving and realized I was going to need an oil change before I got home. I was able to call and get an appointment the very next day! The staff was very friendly and made sure that my car was up to date with all services!!

Great service. If I did miss the car wash. I was in and out in no time for first time maintenance and state inspection. Thank you for always giving great service. I get all my new and old car maintenance here. Always very professional

Improvement over Lee Hyundai Service Dept in 1998 & early-1999, but didn't use 2000 to 2022 (actual Deacon Jones years) until now. This dealer can be sneaky about adding work, thus your cost and their profit (much like old-time full service gas stations that sold un-needed oil, wiper blades, etc..). Update 2023: If you're shopping for a new (or used) vehicle, don't shop here !!! DJ dealers overprice available stock, then when you think you have a barely affordable & marginal deal, you're advised, "ALL deals require our DJ $1800 service package." This is a highly over-priced, hugely profitable dip into your pocket and your budget! For several brands (including Hyundai, Kia, and more), DJ is actually Charging customers for Free Services provided under the manufacturer's vehicle List Pr
