Deacon Jones Lincoln Parts

I rated three stars because I’m very torn between two departments. Sales department, outstanding, fives across the board. This includes financing as well. Service department, well that’s a different story. The customer facing service representatives are great kind they try to be informative of although possibly a little scripted. The service technicians I no longer trust them. I’ve been taking my Cadillac and my Ford Explorer to Deacon Jones Ford in Goldsboro because Deacon Jones and Smithfield absolutely is atrocious. . Unfortunately, during this last service, I asked about my cabin, air filter and my engine air filter. I was told if we didn’t tell you that they need to be replaced then they’re fine. I went back and researched and it’s at the mileage where if it hasn’t reach They need to

The staff at Deacon Jones Ford were very friendly and professional, they made my purchase experience as seamless as possible. I intend on returning and purchasing another work vehicle from them soon. I have been having my vehicles serviced at your dealership for many years. Main reason is because they call me by name, ask me how I am doing and take a few minutes to chat with me. I trust them when they tell me that I need additional service. Frank is just a wonderful person.

I have a 2012 Ford Mustang that has over 250k miles!! The team at Deacon Jones Ford keep my INVESTMENT in top shape. They have me in and out expeditiously and let me know what needs attention. The prices are not outrageous either. especially dealing with a car such as mine. They (like any other business) could always use some "fine tuning". The good thing is that they are minor details. I am overall satisfied with Deacon Jones Ford and will continue to do business with them.
