Deacon Jones PreOwned of Goldsboro

I've bought 2 cars here, 100% satisfaction both times. I love the transparency they provide, and the effort they put in to make sure you get the best deal they can get you. I've been to multiple dealerships in my life time, this is the only one that gets my 5 stars and will be the reason I'll be back here when it's time to buy again.

Fraudulent credit reporting to secure higher rates through their own lenders. i don't even know why they tried to pull this bs, I told them I was already approved and ended up walking after 3 hours of lies. Only good experience here was test driving a vehicle I ended up buying off carvana for $3k less. Not a serious business

I was very disappointed David Eskin promised me top customer service and that he was giving my situation priority. He ran my credit multiple times after I asked that a deal package be put together and then notified before sending it all over every where. He sent it every where and he said I would be a priority. I was not. I ended up getting a call from Roanoke rapids Nissan where they helped me. I would advise don’t waste your time with deacon jones they do not have credit specialist or integrity

We bought a vehicle today with Shawn! He was great as well as the whole staff. I definitely recommend coming here. They're not like the average car dealerships! And it didn't take all day!!!! It'll be awhile before we buy another car, but when we do... We'll be back!!

If you value clear communication, transparency, and respect for your time, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
