They did a great job on both my Subaru Outback & Jeep Wrangler. He called to give a run down & status update vs just racking up cost. They also dont talk you into something unnecessary or some astronomical price for a flux capacitor. I will definitely keep taking my vehicles there & recommending the shop till he closes the door! Dean's fit me in on very short notice this past Friday when the heat shield under my car came loose. It happened while I was driving from Columbus to Conneaut to see family. My father-in-law is a good friend of the shop and has trusted them with his auto needs for many years, so we knew exactly where to go. The guys took care of everything in less than 10 minutes. A small fix, perhaps, but an important one that provided for a stress-free return trip home.

I finally found somewhere i can trust to get my car repaired. Things are done right the first time, and in a timely manner. I'm very pleased!

Super nice and people friendly. Work done and they call to let you know what is needed and how much. Reminds me of the old home auto repair shop that knows the cost of good service is good business... I be going back again and again as needed.
