I found them to be especially honest, knowledgeable, and helpful. Tim helped me understand better about Ohio laws and even though they don't have inspection that someone can't sell me a car with a rotted frame. They told me my car was unsafe to drive which is what I was looking for... Honesty! He could have taken my money and sent me away in a dangerous car but he didn't! Didn't charge me anything for putting it on the lift either. Receptionist was friendly as well and wrote up something for me so I'd have it against the dealership that sold me the car.
