We cannot say enough about Roger! He was extremely professional and helped us out when we were in an accident. Wonderful customer service!! A big shout out to Todd as well as he stayed after hours to help us, too. We are extremely grateful for their service.

For most of my towing needs I've tried to always use Dean's towing! This time around even though AAA had already scheduled a company to recover my vehicle State Patrol interfered and called Dean's Towing to recovery what they thought was an abandoned vehicle despite the fact local dispatch knew vehicle was there and that I wouldn't be in it because they were nice enough to inform me of the lengthy wait for AAA was and kindly dispatched a deputy to give me a ride home! So a few hrs after being dropped off at home by a deputy I received a phone call from AAA driver stating there was no vehicle matching description at location that was given! After getting off the phone my only concern was finding the vehicle wasn't concerned about AAA driver that drove from wherever for nothing! So started t

I want to start by naming Todd as my savior. He was amazing. Todd rescued me when both my semi and trailer was half way in a ditch that was camoflouged by snow. I couldn't believe how quickly he got me back on the road. Fantastic service! Thank you!

Bob couldn’t have been nicer. Came out on Hwy 14 after my pickup broke down pulling a trailer load of furniture for my daughter who moved to Willmar a couple years ago from Louisiana. Broke down on Friday nite about 8 PM. Bob was there in less than 30 minutes. He couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. He towed us back to Owatonna with 12’ trailer still connected to my truck. What a pro. We dropped the trailer got my daughters friend to borrow a truck and bring the trailer to Willmar with the furniture, plus all the stuff in the back of my truck. Bob suggested a couple of local transmission shops. I have already reached out to them. Bob if you ever need anything from Louisiana I will bring it to you. You’re new friend, Earl Allen.
