This was my first time bringing my car here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They did a great job with the repair and took the time to explain everything to me in detail, which I really appreciated. The staff was professional, honest, and very helpful from start to finish. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service!!!!

We were traveling from Louisiana to Minnesota to bring furniture to our daughter who moved to Willmar, Mn. My 2002 Chevy truck transmission went out around Owatonna. The tow truck driver advised Ron’s Repair was a good shop to bring it to. So we did. After verifying with our shop back in Baton Rouge (who had rebuilt the tranny 6 months ago) they agreed to warranty the repair. Will was very professional dealing with our shop in Baton Rouge helping them understand what happened. In the meantime our daughter and her husband got another truck came picked us up and pull the trailer of furniture to Willmar. Will at Ron’s Repair couldn’t have been more accommodating. Guys at Ron’s Repair were great. Called me with a quote and an explanation of what they were going to fix. When I picked up my car they informed me that they did not have to some work as originally planned. Great communication throughout and above fair in my opinion.

Excellent customer service. Will is always very helpful, professional and friendly when talking to him. Love the complimentary ride when picking me up after my truck was done. Its also nice that they provide loaner vehicles if needed. They are the best in town!!!
