Friendly and knowledgeable dealership. Greeted quickly. Enjoyed working with Tasha. She was great with her closing questions. I feel I got a fair deal and of course the dealership made some money. Follow up. If you have a problem following the sale, they don't care. They will tell you they follow standard practices, of which they did not inform you. It's just too bad, live with it. There are many other dealerships, pick one of those.

Kyle Clausen and Josh Swedberg along with the Finance Manager, Steve were super friendly and accommodating during our visit to purchase and pick up our Equinox EV. They took the time to answer all of our questions and explained our vehicle to us completely before we drove it off the lot. The entire process was efficient and professional. During our entire time at House Chevrolet in Owatonna, we felt like the entire focus of the sales professionals were on serving us well.

This was my first time at House and was impressed with the service dept. They are friendly and explained the process along with getting a few text messages and a video of my vehicles progress. The waiting room was awsome with the message board letting me know the progress of my vehicle too. When my appointment was done I was explained everything and they even washed my vehicle an unexpected surprise. Will definitely be coming back!

I've had my vehicle serviced at House for the past several years. Everyone that I have encountered is always smiling and more than willing to go through different options with you. I've had Nathan as my service advisor for the last year or so - and he is fantastic and I'm always thrilled to see he's assigned to my service request. The sales side I have had less encounters with - however, the one sales floor employee I did chat with was very informative and professional.

This is my third vehicle from House Chevrolet in Owatonna. I waited over 30 days to write this because I wanted to be fair about it. In this day and age I was nervous about buying a used or even a new vehicle. No affiliation, no free oil changes, no special deals. Just a machinist who works with precision equipment every day and knows what real quality and integrity look like. I bought a used 2018 Silverado AS-IS NO WARRANTY About four weeks later a check engine light came on and started flashing. Contractually they owed me nothing. Zero. Most dealerships would’ve pointed at the paperwork and told me “good luck.” House Chevrolet didn’t. Their service team figured it out, fixed it fast, and covered every penny. When I asked what I owed them, they just said, “No worries, Tim. We got this.”
