WOW! FANTASTIC! SERVICE SECOND TO NONE! The purchase of a vehicle over 50 years has been my most hated experience. NOT AFTER THIS ONE! PATRIC IS TERRIFIC. After an initial visit where we were greeted promptly and kindly by Patric he listed to what we were looking for and showed us options. We chose a beautiful 2021 BMW X5. Retiring a week ago Debra and I our downsizing to one vehicle due to cross-country relocation. That added some complexity as they entertained our desire to trade 2 vehicles. No problem! Couldn't be more happy with the attention and treatment provided by PATRIC and finance partner Brad. Also appreciating Daniel, the owner, for his support of our request to trade in. These guys were fantastic to deal with! I purchase a box truck for a food bank that I volunteer with and they're very fair and easy to deal with. I will recommend them to anybody who's looking for a vehicle. I know box trucks were not their specialty. He was just doing a favor for a relative. But they have a lot of nice cars on the lot and they are trustworthy!!!

Had a great experience. I sent an inquiry at 10pm and received a response almost instantly from Dan Langley. Made an appointment for the following day and drove off with the car same day. Dan and Drew made the process so easy and seamless. I noticed a few imperfections with the leather and the issue was corrected prior to me driving off with the car.
