I can’t say enough great things about Deke’s Auto Service in Roanoke Rapids, NC. They provide top-notch, personalized service that easily outshines even the larger chains. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, ensuring my car is fixed right the first time. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel like a valued customer. We were on our way back home from vacation and got a flat on our camper. We called around to different shops nearby and Deke's was the only one who answered. I explained what had happened and he told us to come on down. When we pulled up they were waiting for us outside. This was the second tire to go flat on our trip due to the valve stem leaking. Even as it was pouring rain they insisted on changing all the valve stems to ensure we made it home without anymore issues. Would highly recommend Deke's, they were extremely kind and helpful.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. From Pennsylvania and on our way back from vacation, stopped at the Sheetz across the street for gas when our drive belt snapped. I was lucky enough to see his shop listed online and the rest was history. Towed our car to his garage and had us back on the road the next day! Even with the time consuming job it ended up being! I’m very grateful for Deke, and recommend his service to everyone. Thank you!

Deke's is fantastic. My husband and I had an iisue with a tire on our boat trailer as we were heading south on 95. We pulled into his shop and he stopped what he was doing to help us. He had us back on the road in an hour. He is super friendly and personable and knows his stuff. I highly recommend his business.

I was traveling long-distance in March 2024, staying in one of the nearby motels. I tried to replace the air filter in my car by myself, even though I was ,on a road trip, but the new filter seemed different and I needed some advice so I stopped in and talked to the proprietor. He was super helpful, spending time with me and answering my questions for 10 minutes. I offered him $20 for his time but he declined it. Very nice man! Thanks.
