Hands down, the worst experience I’ve had for what should’ve been a minimal service. I went in for a simple alignment, and it turned into a nightmare. They messed up more than they fixed, replaced parts I never authorized, charged me without warning, and now my e-brake doesn’t work. When I called, zero accountability—‘We didn’t touch that.’ They even told me to go back to where I bought the car, as if they hadn’t had it all weekend. I wouldn’t go there unless you want to walk out with more problems than you walked in with, and have nobody willing to fix them. No wonder alignments are $89.99—they already know they’ll break things, charge you, and still profit. If giving NO stars was an option, I would have.

Took my truck to get my exhaust looked at, they must have gotten rid of the other exhaust guy. They said nothing was wrong with it, they added hangers and that's it. Took it home and checked for leaks, low and behold there are pinholes in the welds. Ended up paying $55 some odd dollars to get hangers installed that still didn't fix the rattling that was going on and I don't even think the guy took the time to diagnose the issue. Neither problem has been resolved. Not an entire shop issue, just the exhaust guy.

Been taking my car there for years to get alignments. Recently took my car elsewhere because keep having problems with the alignment. Come to find out it never once been done still had the factory bolts in. They been taking my money for years charging for alignments they never done

Went for an alignment took my vehicle in checked it. Report low tire light on unable to do alignment. Don’t know if the kid was having a bad day or what.. I don’t recommend this place at all. They still charge me for the ride the kid took. Around the parking lot. $70+ charge.. still no alignment.. Other locations would have add air and done the alignment.. piss poor customer service!!

Always great service and friendly staff that go above and beyond for every customer bought Mt tires there and just had front end alignment done
