Express Oil Change in Roanoke Rapids is absolutely top-notch. The employees are super friendly and actually care about doing things the right way. I brought in my diesel truck and they handled everything with no problem at all. They didn’t just change my oil and filter — they even swapped out my fuel filter too. Their customer service is on another level. They kept me updated the whole time, worked fast, and even washed off my windshield before I left. It’s rare to find a place that’s this thorough, honest, and customer-focused. Highly recommend them to anyone, especially diesel owners. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I had my first experience today for an oil change in my 08 honda civic! It was fantastic, customer service was great and not pushy! I will definitely be back and would highly recommend to anyone.

My first time experience was top-notch👌🏼 Service was fast, in & out! They were very thorough in explaining the services they were doing for my vehicle. I didn't catch any names but they all had excellent customer service! I've been looking for a new place to take my vehicle, & I do believe I've found it!💯 Will be returning! My experience was good. Car was taken care of by Justin, Michael, Dalton and information was provided to help me with other services that may need to get taken care of in the future. Overall great service. Was very convenient being that I had errands to run. Everything was done in a timely manner. Customer service was excellent—offered me complimentary coffee and water. Friendly staff.
