Dropped my van off for an oil change and a broken power window. After zero contact all day I reached out 45 minutes before closing to be told that they haven’t even diagnosed the problem. They had my only vehicle for 10 hrs and somehow couldn’t diagnose the problem even though I booked the appointment weeks in advance. I’ve made multiple attempts to schedule a follow appointment since I have a warranty but there never seems to be an ‘advisor’ available.

Service department is a joke. The service manager Joe should not have the position he does. Took our vehicle in with an issue of a fire concern. Had a video of what it was doing since it happened only periodically (electricity visibly arcing through a part). Service manager Joe couldn't be bothered to even watch the 20 second video I recorded. His response was "what do you want me to do with seeing it now"? He's a joke! Wouldn't watch the video and blew off the main reason the car was there. Had it for a week and called to say it's fixed but they could find the problem I took it there for. He completely blew off my concern for it starting on fire, even though i had videos of it trying to do it (which he didnt want to see). Took my van in for a simple recall with no issues. Van was knocking hard within two miles of leaving the dealer. I politely asked joe and lynn to look into it. They said nothing was wrong and I was being charged hundreds of dollars for a tow. I showed them oil coming out of the transmission and they said I was faking it. Like I want my daily driver to be in your service bay for two weeks. Right. Thanks for honoring the years of patronage. My business will not spend another dollar here.

Took my truck in for a simple install of a dash camera. When I walked in the gentleman at the counter couldn’t care less that I was there. It seemed like he didn’t even want to be there. We were told by the scheduler that it would take less than an hour, “these guys do it all the time, no big deal.” 35 minutes after it should have started they called and said they need to keep it overnight, and that it will take way more than an hour. Well I have to get to work, so no you can’t keep it. So I went pick it up, and again the gentleman didn’t give a crap. Told me that the part we ordered from Ford, that is stated to fit the truck, was wrong and it’s going to take time because we didn’t get the right part. So I pulled up the part on Fords site and showed him that Ford says it fits. Meanwhile

After scheduling an appointment 5 days in advance, I was told upon dropping my vehicle off that the service was overbooked and understaffed. Empathetically, I asked for the service riders to sincerely estimate when my vehicle would be looked at - I was told end of day Thursday (roughly 48 hours.) While disappointed, I appreciated the candor. However, on Thursday, still no update, and on Friday, further still they had not looked at my vehicle. On Saturday I called, frustrated that I was without my only vehicle (I was never offered a loaner or even a ride from their service department) only to be told the car MAY get looked at the next Monday - I was then told a manager was going to call me shortly That never happened.
