Delta Sonic - Collision Shop

The team at the delta autobody went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in I was greeted very warmly by the two Woman at the front desk especially Mrs. Denver. I wanted to point out the exceptional work Joe Paradowski did on my vehicle. Some jerk side swiped my car at the bills game and drove off. I was quoted a reasonable price and it got done in an outstanding amount of time. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten a vehicle of mine repaired here. This second experience just confirmed what I already knew; they will always do a phenomenal job. They’ve got a customer for life now. I can tell how much Joe truly loves his passion for the work he does and how much he cares for the customers. Keep up the Fantastic work. I’m forever grateful!

I always drove by this place, but I finally stopped in when I needed a second opinion on my Chevy Equinox. The woman working at the front desk is very courteous and helpful. There is a small waiting room with restrooms and a TV. I got a free estimate and made an appointment. I dropped off my car the next day and waited for it. It was overall a great experience, preferable to a stuffy and hectic dealership where everybody is running around like crazy. After an hour or so, I got my car back and I am very happy with everything and how it turned out. Steven was my technician and he was nice and caring. Theresa, who is in the front office, is also customer-centered, constantly checking in on the status of the job and letting you know how much longer it'll take. Overall, I was thoroughly impress

Q they had to do a repair on my car after it suffered a little damage going through the car wash. Joe and the team at Delta sonic Collision shop was awesome. Very customer oriented. Took care of it with no problems. They were just great great great to work with

Came to delta auto body and restyle on Walden for an alignment and they drove my car around the parking lot with the parking brake on loud enough for me to hear it from inside and run out to stop them. They also unplugged my dash cam and on top of it couldn’t align my car (Lexus 3is). If there was an option for negative stars they’d get that. Go anywhere else Update: it has been a little over a week and my front brakes are overheating since this incident. I bought these brakes 3 months ago and they are not cheap. I’m not sure if the calipers are seized or what but the damage is done already. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE! Please go anywhere else.

Body work quote was Honest and reasonable. Always willing to answer questions. Highly recommend.
