I can't thank Ricky enough for his incredible service at Deluxe Paint & Body Works. After a car accident that left me worried my vehicle might be totaled, I took it to Ricky for an assessment. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, calm, and understanding. The damage was extensive, and I was told by my insurance adjuster that my car might not be worth repairing. Let me start by saying that Ricky is amazing. I’ve been to this shop three times so far, and one of the issues was caused by another service shop. Ricky and his team fixed it right away without any hassle. Every time I’ve had an issue with my car, Ricky takes the time to listen, understand the problem, and explain the best options before making the repair. The work is always done right. This shop truly exceeds my expectations, and I wouldn’t trust my vehicle anywhere else.

I have an ‘06 Chevy Impala that needed paint only on one side of the vehicle and also on the hood and bumper. Leo and his crew did an excellent job color matching, smoothing out the surface, and painting. They went as far as blending the adjacent panels so the color would flow nicely. My hood had a dent and bad paint issues. He surprised me and actually replaced the hood for a new one for me! Big thanks for that! That goes to show that he is doing what’s best for the customer. The paint turned out phenomenal, it looks smooth and without any orange peel. They also installed pin stripes on both sides of the car and they look great! I’m very satisfied and happy how my car turned out and it looks refreshed and much newer. Leo was very professional and kept me updated on the progress of the job

The best body shop in charlotte and surrounding I recommend everybody to go here if u need body work or have your car wrecked I got my car fixed in like a week and a half they the best to do it I promise u that

I was referred to this place by a close friend and a few others when my car got into an accident. I literally have NOTHING bad to say about this place. Nothing at all. Leo and his team made sure I kept my assigned rental up until my car was finished. Got my car back on the day as promised and it looks like my car never got into an accident at all. I have a few dings that I need to get fixed and without a doubt I’ll def be coming back here.
