Michael was awesome! Great service today.
Well coming from being a mechanic and working in dealerships i have seen a lot and i have to say right out of the gate the service manager was amazing. Running around crazy as he was only one there that day but did amazing job. I have not been to the dealership in a long time but I was treated as I was a regular customer. He explained everything to me so I understood what he was talking about. As I sat waiting for my truck I watch and listened to him interacting with the other customers and what an amazing job he did. As far as the mechanic goes job well done there to. Knowing right away i really only wanted a diagnosis.
