Best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle! John was outstanding with his knowledge and help. I got a great deal on a certified preowned Ram 1500, and surprise to me was able to drive it home same day. The staff was awesome and made everything a smooth process. Coffee donuts? They had it all. The facility was immaculate and clean. The lot in itself was clean and loaded up with good inventory options. I did not at all feel pressured or like I was being pushed on anything I did not want. I will be bringing my vehicles there for future maintenance as well as any future purchases.

The service department here is great. Always keep you informed if there is a problem and they're good on time. They're very friendly and accommodating.

This the 3rd vehicle I’ve purchased from David Reynolds at Friendly in Hamilton. They are an hour drive away but completely worth it. It’s not just one thing, it’s the entire package. Each person I’ve dealt with has gone above and beyond to ensure 100% satisfaction, and David is the best, most communicative sales person I’ve ever met. Without hesitation I’d return to purchase another vehicle. Go see David, you won’t be disappointed, I’d give him 6 stars but they haven’t invented that rating yet.

I was very impressed with the Service team recently - perhaps the most courteous, and professional group I've encountered at any dealership. They worked quickly to resolve my issues, and kept me in the loop during the process, even working on a holiday to get me back on the road. Kudos to Mike and his team!
