Huge thanks to Bill and Universal Auto! Shortly after bringing my car up to Hamilton for the semester, I had quite a few issues with my tires, brakes and rotors that needed attention. Bill was efficient, communicative and friendly the entire time. He did great work on my car in a very timely manner, in addition to keeping me informed and updated along the way. If you’re local and looking for an auto shop, I highly recommend coming here.

This place is great, very professional, direct and honest. Prices are fair and well explained. Bill does good work, does it quickly, and is easy to communicate with. We've been taking our cars here for the past year and will continue to do so.

I was from out of town, was having issues with my brakes and pulled into Universal Auto off main drag, the owner himself took my vehicle in made the repairs and got me back on the road in a matter of a few hours. Great guy! Wish there were more mechanics with his great attitude. He’ll get it done!
