We had an amazing experience with Bodie at Honda! We came in from out of town to buy our new Honda, and he made the entire process incredibly smooth and efficient — we were in and out in less than an hour. He answered every single one of our questions clearly and honestly, never making us feel rushed or pressured. Bodie truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, informed, and taken care of from start to finish. Buying a car can be stressful, especially when you’re traveling, but he made it easy and enjoyable. We absolutely love our new Honda and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Highly recommend asking for Bodie if you’re looking for a quick, professional, and genuinely great car-buying experience!

Terrible experience. Took my car in on 10/09/2025 for major service. Total cost was $890.00. Checked my car when I got home and found I was charged for services not performed. Took pictures and immediately called service advisor and sent him the pictures. Service advisor did try to resolve the issues. I will not use this car dealership again for car service as I believe the mechanics are dishonest. If you use this dealer for repairs or regular maintenance, check and make sure the work was performed and filters were changed. Especially do not recommend this car dealership to women.

Great experience buying my new car! I had been looking for a new Honda HRV with specific features. I looked online all over the Northwest and was so happy to find that the exact color and features I was looking for was at Denny Menholt University Honda in Missoula, close to home. I test drove the car with Elijah Pedersen, sales person, and enjoyed the car. He was very informative about all the details but did not pressure me to buy the car or even pressure me to "run the numbers" (although kindly offered this as well). One week later, after reviewing options at other dealerships, I felt confident that I would be really happy buying locally. Just bought my first car from here and the experience was top notch. Whole staff was super friendly. My salesman Alex in particular came in on an off day to help accommodate my schedule and get me an awesome car 🚗 Would definitely recommend checking this place out.

Scheduling was easy. However, I called once to get an estimate, and when I called to schedule (less than two weeks later), I asked to confirm the estimate and it was over double what I was quoted earlier. Then after getting the service done there were even more fees added to the bill. The service ended up costing more than 3x the original estimate. I understand the cost of doing business, but transparency would have been appreciated from the beginning. Because of this, I feel very leary about getting anything else done at this dealership. Note: There were no changes or additional services added from what I initially requested an estimate for.
