What stood out to me the most was that they didn’t try to upsell me on anything extra. So many dealerships tend to add on services you don’t really need, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. I would give zero stars if I could. My experience with Dependable Chrysler has been a nightmare. Edgar has a great personality on the surface, but behind the smile he will lie to you and gaslight you. My vehicle was in their shop for over 3 months for a warranty repair. First, they had it for 2 weeks, returned it, and the exact same issue happened again immediately. When I brought it back, they kept my car for three more months, feeding me excuse after excuse. Chrysler even had to get a STAR representative involved, who himself was frustrated with their lack of progress. When the car was finally returned to me, it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. I purchased a heater core for my car through their online website making sure I chose all the correct options. When the part arrived it was a harness to a completely different car what a waste of my time and my mechanics. The website says open but after calling was informed the parts dept isn't open weekends. Complete inconvenience. Even after waiting until Monday and calling multiple times whoever was in charge of answering the parts department phone calls, apparently doesn't want to work.
