I bought a 2017 Nissan Sentra from this dealership. I bought the car July 2024 and took it to get it inspected in May of 2025. Dealership tells me I need 3 new tires because they were dry rotted, he looks up 3 tires for four hundred and some dollars. Now mind you it wasn't even a year since I bought the car off him. He offered no help with the tires and I paid him for the inspection. My brother in law took the car to different garage and they said that the tires were fine and they put the sticker on my car. I went back to see about getting my inspection money back and Derl said it costs the same whether the car passes or not so he wouldn't give me the inspection money back. Gave me a great deal on a used truck and great trade in value on my Nissan! Update on this... Truck turned out to be a rusty bucket with issues.. Including a leaking fuel pump I had to replace in the first week of ownership. Dealership didn't seem to care they sold me a firetrap. Traded out of it at a better place.

The owner is a detail oriented mechanic. I have been at auctions where I've observed his technique for deciding on which vehicles to bid on. He picks the most well maintained of what is available. His lot is clean and well organized and the vehicles are detailed and clearly priced. I would purchase a vehicle from the dealership without any concerns about them clearing up any problem with the vehicle.

My car broke this time last year, one of my coworkers at the time told me about this place. So I figured I would give it a shot. So I talked to the owners son and he was very nice and what I thought was helping me. He gave me what I thought was a good price for my 2013 Dodge Dart.. then right after my warranty was up LITERALLY EVERYTHING HAS GONE WRONG WITH THE CAR. I went to an actual dealership and found out I’m paying 5 times as much as the car is worth. Not only that, all the stuff I’ve had to fix in less then a year, I paid more then the entire car is worth. Now it’s about a week before I’ve had the car for a year and it’s sitting dead. I’m very very disappointed in my experience and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone else... the customer service part was nice but they screwed me

customer focused, very easy going environment, really friendly and great to work with easy to get to. would 100% recommend every time. UPDATE: 2 years later and our 2015 Lancer is still running strong. hope you guys are well.
