This dealership is amazing and top Notch!!! I got a beautiful Red 2025 Suzuki GSX-R 1000. I drove over 3 hours to use this dealer. The dealership helped with all the financing, I filled out a quick credit application and Elaina did the rest. She made sure I got the bike of my dreams. Josh was our sales associate, went through the full bike details and options before we took off back home. Tommy called us that evening to make sure we made it home safely and even Nick the manager called to check in. I was thanked for driving the long distance, thanked for choosing them and thanked for my purchase. Now-a-days you do NOT get 5 star service like they gave me. Todd and Tommy were the best I have worked with. I refuse to buy in Idaho where I live, every dealership in the are with the exception of 1 or 2 is out to take you for as much as they can. Not the case with Desert Vally Powesports, excellent experience all the way around. Absolutely worth the 9 hour round trip. Will be doing it again in the near future!!!

4/17/25: Great customer service!! I am very happy and glad I decided to purchase my first motorcycle from this facility. Todd always had great communication and answered any concerns I had. He provided two options for me to look into, allowing me to sit on each one (many times) until I decided the one I felt more comfortable with. Tom was also great to work with. He called with a rate and down payment all set to go, but called back again with an even better deal of a rate and downpayment that I was wanting! He also broke everything down when it came to signing paperwork so I understood what everything meant. Even after leaving home with my bike, they wished me well and if I have any concerns to reach out anytime. They really care and I wouldn’t hesitate going back to upgrade my bike later
