Highly recommend! Good people! Employees are honest & have always gone above & beyond for any services ive ever needed. I have taken vehicles to this family owned business for over 10 years….& so long as they are in business…they have mine.

I happen to know the owners thru my neighbor and their son who has been the best neighbor anyone could ask for. Because I got to know him and I got to hear about his family....I know that these people are genuine, honest and they aren't going to try and get more out of you. That's not at all their style. They have a great rep in the community so if your a single mom, a single lady, an elderly person or whoever, you can have complete confidence that they will work with you with complete honesty. I'm living 13 hours away now and if my car needs something and I'm over visiting... This is my first place I'll go. They are honest, guarantee their work in writing and do a great job! You won't regret it! Thanks guys for taking great care of my SUV all these years!!

Our car died while driving through Prosser. Cliff at Q Tech Auto Services was very knowledgeable and clearly wanted to help. He got us right back on the road. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a shop!

Like what everybody said, the crew are nice, friendly and efficient. They'll call you first before they do anything else aside from your requested repair. Been there twice recently and I'm happy with their work. Highly recommended.

When you have an mechanical emergency on a road trip you're praying to find a mechanic with three qualities: competence, integrity, and empathy. Cliff at Q-Tech is all of these. He spent an hour diagnosing my problem today, pinpointed it; and when the part was not available was able to quickly devise a work around that resolved the problem. AND he did not want to charge me! Trust. If I break down within an hour of Prosser I will have the tow truck take me to Q-Tech. Thanks Cliff!
