If I could rate this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I am deeply upset with my experience at this detailing shop. Not only did they damage my car, but when I confronted them, they insisted the damage was already there, despite it being clear that it occurred while the door was open and there was no way I could have hit anything. The owner and his son attempted to gaslight me, refusing to show me the camera footage I requested, claiming the cameras "didn't work." Their unprofessionalism was evident in the way they spoke to each other, displaying clear animosity. I felt unsafe while addressing the issue, and the older man was visibly agitated at my inquiry. This is a small family business with reasonable prices, excellent customer service, and very close attention to details. If you are looking for an above average car wash/detailing, this is the place to come. You will pay a little more than you would at a regular car wash in the area, but the attention to detail and quality service is superior to other car washes. The owner was polite and even offered some refreshments while I waited. They cleaned my Suburban inside and out and I was very happy with their service. I will definitely come back.

I took my truck to get a full detail inside, outside, engine bay, and when I got it back the engine bay wasn't even "detailed" there was still dirt spots in there, they didn't even wipe down the inside correctly. The worst part the truck didn't wanna start. I had to pay a mechanic $285 to get my truck running again. When I went to tell them that they messed up my truck the owner and his son come up with the most ridiculous lies and say the truck was already like that when I brought it to them. These guys lie through their teeth. Don't take your vehicles here unless you're fine with taking it to a mechanic afterwards to get it fixed.

Very satisfied with service. I don't go often since I wash my cars myself. But when need a full inside outside clean, this is the place to go to.
