This was my first time having a mobile detail done… mind you on a car I just got from a dealership! I picked it up and it was not cleaned on the inside, they just did a quick vacuum and called it a day, I was soooo upset! Never had that happen to me (this dealer ship was Cj’s car America in Syracuse) But detail lab understood and spent hours cleaning a car I just got from a dealership and made it look how it was SUPPOSED to look coming from a dealership! And even got old SLIM out on the floor (from the previous owner) , the dealer only paid most of it and I paid for the rest. Thank you so much! And I definitely recommend them and will bring going to them again for detailing! Very happy with their service!

Cannot recommend this team enough. They arrived on time and completed 2 vehicles in a few short hours. The quality of work is tremendous and the level of detail that went into the job was great. Their pre appointment questionnaire was easy and they called to ask some additional questions to get a better sense of the cars. When they first arrived they were super friendly and introduced themselves, did walk around of the vehicles and confirmed the job in detail before jumping right in. Our extended family saw the end result and immediately looked into booking their cars as well!

Andrey does a lot of work for our company’s fleet cars to get them ready for sale after they age out. He had detailed a car I bought months ago for my son and it was like it was from a show room floor but had 101k miles! I scheduled to have him detail my wife’s car and it happened to be 87 deg today. I asked that it be as close to resale clean as possible. No nasty chemical smells, brand new look and feel. They did a great job cleaning up a couple bad scratches on the exterior as well.
