NAPA Auto Parts - Honeoye Falls Auto Supply

During a snowstorm our tractor battery died . Went to Napa to get another battery . Sold us the wrong one and refuse to take it back !!!! So we are out 151$ . Thanks a lot for taking care of your customers ! We will never go back to you for anything !!!

Good people. Tons of parts available. If they don't have it on hand they will get it that day.

Never have the right oil or parts in stock I don’t bother even driving over there to ask.

I do what I can to support local businesses like NAPA. They almost always have the parts I need, in stock. It's a little longer drive, than to get to AutoZone, but they carry things like Napa Gold filters which are, as far as I know a WIX filter. These are far superior to the standard tuna fish can, with no media in them, like STP, Fram, Moto craft etc. filters that are available most places. The staff at NAPA tend to have a lot more product knowledge than the cookie cutter type places. So far, I feel the extra drive is worth the effort.

Walked up to the counter as the only customer in the store. Three employees were behind the counter with one being on the phone while they other two were having a conversation with each other. I had to wait 3-4 minutes before being helped because said conversation was more important than I was and I found that to be really rude. I plan on spending my money elsewhere in the future where the customer is actually appreciated! A total thumbs down to the two employees at this location.
