The technicians at Detroit Tire are knowledgeable and courteous. I had an issue with overheating that a competitor in the area was going to charge me triple for parts and labor. Steve at DT determined that the issue was not only what the competitor wanted to fix, but something else entirely, easy to repair and at a fraction of the cost that the competitor was trying to charge me for. Being a woman, its difficult to find car mechanics that dont treat me like a dummy, but the technicians at DT are knowledgeable , courteous and do their best to get you back on the road safely. With Tire prices pretty high, I was Sticker Shocked when the guy who took care of me told me the price. 4 All Season, All Weather tires $300 less than what I guessed sounds pretty good to me. Great Service All Around.

Nice place for delivery. People and staff are friendly and I was able to park overnight at the business next door which are owned by them as well.(permission granted by John of course) the night before when I called. Once they open gate he will direct you to the overhead door where you will be unloaded. Opens @ 07:30 but they usually will show up a bit after 07:00.

I was very pleased with my service at Detroit tire! Everyone was very professional. It was done when they said it would be done, and I was very satisfied with the product that I got, which was two tires put on the front of my car.! I noticed that a lot of the employees have been there for a very long time and to me that says that Detroit tire takes care of their employees and must be a very good place to work!
