I believed I heard a noise from my car that I thought was a ball joint issue. Took it in the day, and they test drove it, lifted it, and found no issue. If you want an honest place that isn't looking to price-gouge you, look no further. Great service and refreshing honesty.

Had a great experience with Preston and his team. I took my Tesla in for what I thought would be a tire rotation but ended up needing new tires. The team brought me out to the floor to show me the wear on my tires, made sure I understood what I was looking at and didn't pressure me to make any decisions on the spot (which I really appreciated). They did communicate that it wasn't a safe choice to drive on the highway, which I also appreciated. I ended up calling about 5 different places for price comparison and Jamie's had the best price and roadside assistance perks. The tire replacement process was smooth, and everything was clearly communicated from the beginning. Thanks Preston and team! Appreciate you!

I came here cause I was respectfully coming to the appointment that I made and they ended up telling me they can’t fix my car and charged me more than half of the money that I had left to my name with five other shops told me they would look at it for me for free but it only cost him 20 more dollars with them to do the alignment so I came here and they just took over half of my money to tell me that they can’t do it and they had my car in there for five minutes. Pathetic. Don’t come here. Plenty of other places that aren’t going to take advantage of you

I stopped by Jamie‘s tire and Service in Xenia, I had a screw in my tire, my house had just caught on fire, I stopped two other places before here, couldn’t help,, to end up here and just ask somebody to put the tire On for me!!!! I needed help!! They did not hesitate, pulled my car in immediately and put my tire on!! Kindness and good service goes a long way in this world these days and I would recommend them highly to anyone that needs Tires or tire repair!!!! I cannot thank them enough!!!🙏🙏
