I've had a very good experience here buying 2 motorcycles from Kent. He is straightforward and patient. He knows to wait until you are ready to make a purchase. He accepted my offer, we shook hands, did the paperwork and I rode off on my Pan America. Bret works in the service department and is a top tier technician. He knows the RevMax motor inside and out. He has a wealth of knowledge from building bikes for over 30 years yet he listens and doesn't jump to conclusions. A very well thought out person who analyzes the situation thoroughly before making a diagnosis. He's the type of mechanic I trust working on my bike.

HD of Xenia was great. Specifically working with Slim was a pleasure. He made sure everything went smooth and got me into the bike I’d been wanting. I had an issue getting my title mailed to me and Slim was very responsive and considerate even 2 months post sale. Highly recommend HD of Xenia!!!

Awesome parts department. The service department does great work. They take pride in their work. I live in Cincinnati 275 area and I take my bike up there for service. $125.00 an hour and they do great work.. I have had issues with the dealership service department near me AND not to mention you pay more on the hour here. $165.00

We took the day off work and called down there and spoke with Alana, and she was amazing and held the items we were looking for behind the counter.
